Gems Setra, a leader in sensing and monitoring technologies within the Gems Setra division of Ralliant, seeks a Director of Sales for Critical Environments to lead the NA sales team and drive growth across channels and direct sales. You will shape go-to-market strategy, build key relationships, and manage performance metrics.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and experience in healthcare or critical environments, with travel up to 50% and cross-functional collaboration

Competenze

• Bachelors Degree or Associates Degree + certifications in related field.
• 7+ years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare or critical environments.
• 5+ years of experience in a sales leadership role.
• Familiarity with ISO, ASHRAE, IEC, etc.

Mansioni

• Meet or exceed sales forecasts for the Americas region with profit margins maintained.
• Grow direct and channel business with existing customers while cultivating new channels and markets.
• Set and execute a go-to-market strategy for the business unit and channel strategy.
• Develop and execute territory, market segment and account plans for share gain.
• Manage end-user demand for in-field configuration and technical support.
• Lead KPI-driven improvement and funnel management with the sales team.
