Qualifications

8+ years building business systems or GTM platforms with lead-to-order/quote-to-cash focus.
Deep Salesforce build expertise; Sales Cloud required; CPQ or Platform Developer certs a plus.
Hands-on development across declarative automation, Apex, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware.

Responsibilities

Serve as the deepest expert on lead-to-order architecture, including data models and security.
Design and build complex Salesforce apps and integrations across connected platforms.
Remediate technical debt, consolidate objects/fields, and replace brittle automation.
Lead cross-functional projects including platform migrations and new tool rollouts.
Build and maintain integrations moving data between marketing, sales, contracting, and finance systems.
Develop AI capabilities within GTM workflows with validation discipline.
Mentor the Business Systems team on troubleshooting, code review, and change management.
