Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Lead Talent Acquisition Partner- Advanced Manufacturing to lead strategic recruiting for high-complexity roles, partnering with senior stakeholders to shape hiring plans and improve talent acquisition outcomes. You will build strong candidate pipelines, elevate the candidate experience, and support complex offer negotiations and immigration-related needs.

The position also plays a key role in strengthening the employer brand and driving process improvements across TA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Significant recruitment experience with sourcing and screening.
• Experience with complex offers and immigration support.
• Experience recruiting for Advanced Manufacturing roles.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and shape recruitment strategy.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Lead Talent Acquisition Partner- Advanced Manufacturing to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will lead strategic recruiting efforts for high-complexity Advanced Manufacturing positions, partnering closely with senior stakeholders to shape hiring plans and improve talent acquisition outcomes. You will build strong candidate pipelines, elevate the candidate experience, and support complex offer negotiations and immigration-related needs. The position also plays a key role in strengthening the employer brand and driving process improvements across the talent acquisition function.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $103,700 – $129,600 annually
