Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree accredited college or university (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of quality, manufacturing, or supplier quality experience)
• Minimum of 3 years of quality, manufacturing, or supplier quality experience

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier qualifications, action plans, audits and performance monitoring.
• Drive supplier improvements using scorecards and quality plans.
• Own supplier audits and corrective action to ensure compliance.
• Lead small projects with low risk, articulate decisions and foster consensus.
• Prioritize information for data analysis and decision making.
• Provide guidance to colleagues with less experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address complex issues.
