GE Aerospace is seeking a Supplier Quality professional to drive quality for assigned suppliers, implement quality plans, and own supplier results. You will conduct audits, develop improvement plans, and use supplier scorecards to monitor performance.

The role requires collaboration across engineering and manufacturing, with 50% travel initially and opportunities for leadership in quality initiatives. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent experience in quality/manufacturing/supplier quality.
• Minimum 3 years of quality, manufacturing, or supplier quality experience.
• Travel rate of 50% for the first 6 months to 1 year, then 25–50% thereafter.

Responsabilités

• Includes Supplier Quality Assurance and Supplier Quality Development, supplier qualifications, action plans, audits, and performance monitoring.
• Assist suppliers toward standards of excellence and use scorecards for improvement.
• Lead small projects with low risks and manage cross-functional collaboration.
• Prioritize data analysis, use engineering knowledge, and make informed decisions.
