Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a Supplier Quality professional to lead QA and development for assigned suppliers, manage audits, and drive improvement using scorecards. Travel up to 50% in early tenure with ongoing requirements for supplier quality oversight, root-cause analysis, and cross-functional teamwork to achieve excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in quality, manufacturing, or supplier quality.
• Experience with supplier qualification, audits, and scorecards is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier quality assurance and development, including qualifications, audits, and action plans.
• Monitor supplier performance using scorecards and drive improvement.
• Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing to ensure conformance to standards.
• Lead small projects, communicate expectations, and resolve issues with stakeholders.
