GE Aerospace seeks a Supplier Quality professional to drive QA across assigned suppliers, implement quality plans, and manage qualification processes. You will own supplier results, audits, and improvement plans, leveraging scorecards and best practices to differentiate the function in the market.

The role requires 3+ years in quality or supplier QA, strong communication, and project leadership. Travel is 50% initially, with continued exposure to cross-functional teams and industrial standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree accredited college or university (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of quality, manufacturing, or supplier quality experience).
• Minimum of 3 years of quality, manufacturing, or supplier quality experience.

Responsabilités

• Includes supplier qualifications, action plans, audits, performance monitoring and assisting suppliers towards excellence.
• Own supplier audits and improvement plans; utilize supplier scorecards and metrics.
• Lead small projects, communicate expectations, and resolve issues with stakeholders.
• Prioritize data analysis, use internal and limited external sources to support decisions.
• Balance autonomy with established policies and end-result review.
