Job summary

• Uses in-depth knowledge of quality or casting to execute policy and guide related tasks.
• Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience and may lead small projects with low risk and resource requirements.
• Conveys performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues while aligning with set parameters.
