GE Aerospace is seeking a Supplier Quality professional to drive quality for assigned suppliers, implement quality plans, and own supplier results with scorecards and audits. You will lead improvement plans, develop supplier capabilities, and work with cross-functional teams to meet aerospace standards.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills, with experience in supplier quality management and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree; or HS diploma with 4+ years of quality, manufacturing, or supplier quality experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of quality, manufacturing, or supplier quality experience.

Responsabilités

• Includes Supplier Quality Assurance and Supplier Quality Development; supplier qualifications, action plans, audits, performance monitoring, and assisting suppliers towards excellence.
• Utilizes in-depth knowledge of quality and/or castings to execute policy; basic knowledge of related job disciplines.
• Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements.
• Prioritize information for data analysis; use technical experience and analytical thinking to arrive at decisions.
