Responsabilidades

• Oversee Supplier Quality Assurance and Supplier Quality Development activities including qualifications, audits, and performance monitoring.
• Drive supplier improvements using scorecards and action plans.
• Lead audits and ensure compliance; develop improvement plans with suppliers.
• Mentor less experienced teammates and lead small, low-risk projects.
• Use data analysis to prioritize issues and propose solutions within defined policies.
