GE Aerospace is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to drive quality for assigned suppliers, implement quality plans, and own supplier results. You will lead audits, scorecards, and improvement plans while coordinating with engineering and manufacturing teams.

The role requires strong communication, project management, and knowledge of best practices in supplier quality. Significant travel is expected initially to establish supplier relationships and drive standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in quality, manufacturing, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of quality, manufacturing, or supplier quality experience.

Responsibilities

• Includes Supplier Quality Assurance and Development, supplier qualifications, action plans, audits, performance monitoring, and guiding suppliers to excellence.
• Uses in-depth knowledge of quality to execute policy and assist related job disciplines.
• Acts as a resource for less experienced colleagues.
• May lead small projects with low risk and resources; communicates performance expectations.
