Qualifications

• Master's degree in Structural Engineering or closely related field.
• Professional Engineer (Pr. Eng.) registration with ECSA is mandatory.
• 12+ years of progressive structural engineering experience, with leadership of large-scale projects.
• Experience in steel, concrete, and composite structures for major developments.
• Proficiency in advanced structural analysis software and BIM technologies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and remote team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the structural design and analysis of large-scale, complex projects from concept to completion.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of structural engineers.
• Develop and review innovative structural designs using advanced analysis techniques and software.
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and international best practices.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, project managers, and construction teams across locations.
• Oversee preparation of structural drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Manage project risks, QA, and adherence to schedules and budgets.
• Conduct peer reviews and technical audits of designs and calculations.
• Represent the company in technical discussions and client meetings, often remotely.
