• Master's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Professional Engineer registration with ECSA is mandatory.
• At least 10 years of progressive civil engineering experience, with infrastructure focus.
• Proven ability to lead engineering teams and manage large projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, planning, and execution of complex civil engineering and infrastructure projects.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
• Develop and review engineering designs, calculations, specs, and construction documents.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for engineering tasks.
• Oversee the procurement process for engineering services and materials.
