Qualifications

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive civil engineering experience with project leadership.
• Professional Engineer (Pr. Eng.) registration required.
• Advanced proficiency with Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, and related modeling tools.
• Experience leading remote teams and communicating across distributed groups.
• Experience in developing and reviewing complex engineering documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and execution of major civil engineering projects across transportation, water, and wastewater systems.
• Conduct feasibility studies, site analyses, and environmental impact assessments for proposed developments.
• Produce detailed engineering plans, specifications, and cost estimates using advanced software.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources in a remote setup.
• Oversee project progress, conduct virtual site inspections where feasible, provide remote support to on-site teams.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and technicians in a distributed team environment.
