Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Structural/Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 12 years of progressive structural engineering design and project leadership experience.
• Expert in designing complex structures (high-rise, long-span bridges, industrial facilities).
• Extensive experience with advanced structural analysis software (ETABS, SAP2000, ABAQUS) and BIM technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Master's or Ph.D. degree in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering with a strong structural focus from an accredited university.
• A minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in structural engineering design and project leadership, with a substantial portion in a senior or lead role.
• Proven expertise in designing complex structures (e.g., high-rise buildings, long-span bridges, industrial facilities).
• Extensive experience with advanced structural analysis software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, ABAQUS) and BIM technologies.
• In-depth knowledge of international structural design codes (e.g., Eurocodes, AISC, ACI) and seismic design principles.
• Exceptional leadership, team management, and communication skills, essential for remote team collaboration.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects concurrently.
• Strong client relationship management and business development acumen.
• Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent international registration is mandatory.
• Registration with ECSA (Pr Eng) is highly desirable.
