Humana seeks a Lead Technology Leadership Professional to transform our Site Reliability Engineering through AI-powered operations and automation. You will partner with technology leaders, engineering teams, and partners to enhance the AIOps strategy and automate enterprise-wide processes.

You will lead small teams, drive strategic milestones, and be a self-driven, learning-focused leader who can communicate with executives and influence senior stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project, technical, or team leadership experience within application, SRE, DevOps, or automation environments.
• Experience leading technology initiatives from planning through execution and delivery.
• Hands-on experience with application, automation, or AIOps technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead small teams to advance automation footprint within the Site Reliability Engineering org.
• Partner with technology leaders, engineering teams, and partners to drive the AIOps strategy.
• Drive measurable growth by reducing toil and improving operational efficiency.
• Provide technical support across product engineering, operations and business teams.
