Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years of software development experience or equivalent.
• Experience leading development teams in large enterprise environments preferred.
• Strong communication with tech leads, product owners, and external teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple SCRUM teams and provide coaching.
• Design and develop technical solutions for functionality, performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Oversee maintenance of IaaS/SaaS and on-premise applications across domains.
• Coordinate troubleshooting of defects, data errors, or config problems.
• Drive best practices, standards, and domain-wide changes to improve quality and speed.
• Develop real-time and file-based integrations and optimize DB processing.
