Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years in software development or High School Diploma with 10+ years.
• Experience leading SCRUM teams and coaching senior developers.
• Enterprise-level design and banking domain experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple SCRUM teams within the domain and provide coaching.
• Design and develop technical solutions that meet user needs for functionality, performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Oversee maintenance of IaaS/SaaS and on‑premise apps to ensure stability and scale as the business grows.
• Coordinate troubleshooting of defects, data errors and configuration issues to find root cause.
• Promote departmental best practices and standardized design patterns across teams.
• Develop real-time integrations and file-based integrations; optimize database processing.
• Mentor developers and improve the developer experience across the team.
• Communicate complex ideas clearly with tech leads, product owners and external teams.
