Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of software development experience OR 8 years with a high school diploma/GED.
• 8+ years of software application development experience, banking/regulated finance preferred.
• Strong design and development experience with Java tech stack and enterprise patterns.
• Experience with fraud prevention, risk-based authentication, and secure digital journeys.
• Cloud experience across AWS/Azure/GCP; Okta CIAM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, secure, reliable software meeting tech and user needs.
• Maintain and support IaaS, SaaS, and on-prem applications for mission-critical systems.
• Troubleshoot defects, data issues, and configuration challenges in production.
• Provide technical leadership on small to mid-sized projects and promote best practices.
• Advocate for quality through automated testing, code reviews, and CI/CD gates.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and mentor teammates to improve delivery.
