Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years of technical work in software engineering or related fields.
• Alternative: High School Diploma with 12+ years of technical experience in software engineering.
• Experience leading technical discussions and influencing decisions across teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across one or more Agile pods delivering digital banking capabilities.
• Drive engineering excellence and modern development practices.
• Translate architecture direction into actionable delivery plans.
• Lead design reviews, PRs, and architectural decision-making.
• Mentor engineers and influence technical strategy without formal people management.
