Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management, finance, business, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of budgeting, forecasting, financial tracking, or resource planning experience.
• 5+ years in portfolio management, technology operations, program management, strategic planning, or workforce planning.
• 3+ years in technology organizations or transformation initiatives.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, scorecards, and executive materials.
• Experience coordinating across stakeholders in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and expense management for the QE organization.
• Monitor budget performance, analyze variances, identify risks, and deliver monthly executive reporting.
• Develop presentations, business cases, and materials for leadership reviews and planning cycles.
• Improve visibility into budgets, investments, and vendor spend with finance and procurement partners.
• Coordinate workforce planning, capacity management, and resource forecasting across associates, contractors, and suppliers.
• Support onboarding and integration of resources transitioning into QE COEs and track outcomes.
• Lead governance and supplier management activities, including vendor performance reviews and contract compliance.
• Produce executive dashboards, scorecards, and reports to support decision making.
