Job summary

Humana Inc. seeks a Lead Product Manager for Provider Direct Connect to set the strategy, roadmap, and execution of provider connectivity solutions.

This role will drive scalable integration capabilities, partnering with providers, technology, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver value and growth. Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in product management, healthcare tech, and experience managing integration-based products, APIs, and digital connectivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of Product Management, Healthcare Technology, Provider Solutions, Integration Management, Digital Products, or related experience.
• Experience developing product strategy, vision, roadmaps, and executing products from concept through delivery.
• Experience leading large, cross-functional initiatives and managing complex stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Provider Direct Connect capabilities.
• Champion backlog refinement and prioritization aligned to customer value, business outcomes, and technical scalability.
• Develop scalable and standardized integration solutions to support enterprise growth and provider engagement.
• Partner with provider organizations and internal stakeholders to identify business needs and opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with providers, vendors, and cross-functional partners to drive successful product outcomes.
• Collaborate with technology, architecture, and operations to define integration standards and long-term platform capabilities.
• Translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements and prioritized investments.
• Balance short-term delivery objectives with long-term strategic goals and platform evolution.
• Establish success metrics and utilize data-driven insights to measure performance and inform decisions.
• Communicate roadmap priorities, outcomes, risks, and business value to senior leadership.
