Qualifications

• 7+ years in programmatic roles at publishers, agencies, or ad tech.
• 2+ years people management experience
• Experience driving programmatic growth in B2B/SaaS with budgets > $50k/month
• Strong understanding of how paid and organic channels work together
• Proven track record in programmatic media planning and measurement frameworks
• Hands-on DSP experience (TTD, Nexxen, DV360)
• ABM experience
• Experience supporting programmatic new business pitches
• Clear POVs and subject matter expertise to advance the department and L&D
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Analytical, detail-oriented, results-driven

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive programmatic strategies to enhance digital advertising capabilities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to align programmatic initiatives with business objectives.
• Establish and analyze KPIs; provide insights for optimization and client growth.
• Manage relationships with programmatic partners and platforms to access cutting-edge solutions.
• Act as a thought leader to inform decision-making and strategy development.
