Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a business, engineering or related discipline.
• 8+ years’ experience in a technical, business, military, or U.S. Government Contractor environment.
• US citizenship is required for security clearance considerations.
• Experience with EVMS concepts and schedule tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead program cost and schedule baselines within contract parameters and analyze performance.
• Mentor program teams in planning, scheduling and EVMS practices.
• Integrate subcontractor and material data into program data and perform EAC analyses.
• Develop IMP/IMS and ensure health checks, resource loading and risk analysis.
• Prepare program reviews for senior leadership and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Drive process automation and support operation improvements.
