Humana Inc. is seeking a Lead Product Manager for the Next Best Action (NBA) use case management. This remote nationwide role leads discovery, prioritization, and roadmap creation to deliver timely actions across digital, call center, and partner touchpoints.

You will partner with marketing, analytics, IT, and insurance teams to translate business needs into actionable initiatives. The position requires 5–9+ years in product management, strong strategic and leadership skills, and fluency with

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5–9+ years of product management experience in a complex, regulated environment.
• Ownership of the product lifecycle from discovery to value measurement.
• Proven ability to influence without authority and lead cross-functional teams.
• Experience with agile methodologies, backlog management, PI Planning, and measurable success metrics.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and make data-informed decisions.
• Build compelling business cases and connect product work to financial outcomes.
• Familiarity with SDLC, Waterfall, and Agile development; experience with Azure DevOps and Jira Align.
