Humana, Inc. is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own the measurement and reporting product for Next Best Action (NBA).

You will define how the enterprise measures NBA effectiveness, establish a unified measurement strategy, KPI framework, and enterprise reporting across business outcomes, model performance, and operations. Collaboration with data science, analytics, engineering and business stakeholders is essential as you guide vision, roadmap and value measurement, maturing the product

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5–9+ years of product management experience with ownership of analytics-capable product in regulated environments.
• Proven ability to own product lifecycle end-to-end—strategy, roadmap, delivery, and value measurement.
• Knowledge of KPIs/OKRs, statistics, and measurement concepts.
• Experience influencing cross-functional teams without authority.
• Awareness of Agile, backlog management, PI Planning, and measurable success metrics.
• Technical fluency to translate concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Financial acumen to connect measurement work to business outcomes.
• Product delivery proficiency across SDLC, Waterfall, and Agile.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a compelling NBA measurement strategy and roadmap.
• Own KPI and metric framework aligning business KPIs, model performance, and operations.
• Lead cross-functional data-science and analytics teams to align on evaluation approaches.
• Deliver end-to-end NBA reporting capabilities from requirements to launch.
• Establish product analytics to measure adoption, usage, and business outcomes.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior product managers.
