Humana Inc. is seeking an experienced Lead Product Manager to own the end-to-end Next Best Action (NBA) product, driving discovery, prioritization, and roadmaps across digital touchpoints.

This builder role partners with Marketing, Digital, call center, IT, and insurance teams to deliver high-value use cases that meet member needs. The successful candidate will translate business goals into initiatives, mature the product operating model, and lead cross-functional teams with strong business

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5–9+ years of product management experience in a complex, regulated environment (Healthcare/Financial Services).
• Proven end-to-end product lifecycle ownership: discovery, roadmap, requirements, delivery, and value measurement.
• Strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and ability to influence without authority.
• Experience with agile methodologies and backlog management; able to translate data into decisions.

• Own the end-to-end NBA product discovery, priority setting, and roadmap creation.
• Define NBA vision, strategy, and backlog aligned with multi-year business goals.
• Conduct market analysis and translate insights into differentiated member experiences.
