Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Lead Product Manager to drive strategy, development, and optimization of the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) for web integrations across authenticated and unauthenticated channels.

You will translate business needs into platform capabilities, lead cross-functional teams, and define features for engineering to enable personalized, data-driven experiences while ensuring regulatory and security compliance. This is a 100% remote role within the United States.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, CS or related field.
5+ years of product management experience.
Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform including Real-Time CDP and Journey Optimizer.

Responsibilities

Own the backlog for assigned H.com or myH platform capabilities.
Translate business needs into clear product requirements and acceptance criteria.
Plan, execute, and release platform enhancements on time and quality.
Lead platform integration with Authenticated and Unauthenticated Web Channels.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, privacy, and analytics.
Track KPIs and optimize platform performance.
