Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Lead Product Manager to drive strategy, development, and optimization of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) for authenticated and unauthenticated web channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform, Real-Time CDP and Journey Optimizer.
• Strong understanding of customer data architecture, identity resolution, and personalization strategies.
• Understanding of Web channels architecture and API integrations with external products.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex product initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product backlog for assigned H.com or myH platform capabilities.
• Translate strategy and business needs into clear product requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with engineering, delivery, and cross-functional teams to plan and release platform enhancements on time.
• Balance short-term needs with long-term scalability, maintainability, and compliance.
• Lead platform development and integration for consent capture, preferences, and data flows.
