Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Lead Product Manager to drive Adobe Experience Platform capabilities for authenticated and unauthenticated web channels. You will translate business needs into platform features, partner with marketing, privacy, and engineering, and guide real-time decisioning across web channels.

Focus on adoption of Adobe Platform, consent management, and data-driven personalization, coordinating with myH and H.com teams to deliver scalable, compliant experiences at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform, Real-Time CDP, and Journey Optimizer.

Responsibilities

• Own and translate enterprise strategy into clear product requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and delivery to plan, execute, and release platform enhancements.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and data-driven experiences.
• Monitor KPIs and optimize consent, preference data, and activation across channels.
