Job summary

Humana Inc is seeking a Lead Product Manager to drive strategy and development of the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) for authenticated and unauthenticated web channels. You will translate business needs into platform capabilities, working with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions across Real-Time CDP, Journey Optimizer, and Customer Journey Analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (Real-Time CDP, Journey Optimizer).
• Strong understanding of customer data architecture and personalization strategies.
• Understanding of Web channels architecture and API integrations.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex initiatives.
• Experience with Jira or ADO for requirements management and traceability.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage backlog for H.com or myH platform capabilities aligned with enterprise roadmap.
• Translate business needs into product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with business, engineering, architecture, and delivery teams to plan and release enhancements on time and with quality.
• Balance short-term needs with long-term platform scalability and compliance.
• Lead platform development such as consent capture, preference updates, and downstream activation.
• Drive integration with Authenticated/Unauthenticated web channels to Adobe Platform.
• Ensure data models, APIs, and workflows meet enterprise standards and regulatory guidance.
• Track KPIs and optimize to reduce friction and risk.
