Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Lead Product Manager to drive strategy, development, and optimization of the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) for web integrations, Authenticated and Unauthenticated channels.

You will translate business needs into platform capabilities, own the backlog for H.com and myH, and collaborate with engineering, data, privacy, and marketing to deliver data‑driven, compliant customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform including Real-Time CDP and Journey Optimizer.
• Strong understanding of customer data architecture, identity resolution, and personalization strategies.
• Understanding of Web channels architecture and API integrations with external products.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex product initiatives.
• Experience with Jira or ADO for requirements and user story traceability.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product backlog for H.com or myH platform capabilities.
• Translate strategy and business needs into clear product requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, and delivery teams to plan and release platform enhancements.
• Balance near-term needs with long-term platform scalability, maintainability, and compliance.
• Lead development of platform capabilities such as consent capture and preference updates.
• Drive integration with Authenticated and Unauthenticated Web Channels to the Adobe Platform.
• Collaborate with enterprise data, identity, and analytics teams to ensure data quality and governance.
• Act as day-to-day product escalation point for delivery teams and stakeholders.
