Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, CS, or related field.
• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform, including Real-Time CDP and Journey Optimizer.
• Strong understanding of customer data architecture and personalization strategies.
• Understanding of Web channels architecture and API integrations with external products.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex product initiatives.
• Experience with Jira or ADO for requirements and traceability.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the backlog for assigned H.com or myH platform capabilities.
• Translate requirements into clear product specs and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, and delivery teams to plan and release platform enhancements.
• Balance near-term needs with long-term platform scalability and compliance.
• Lead development of platform capabilities like consent capture and preference updates.
• Drive integration with Authenticated and Unauthenticated Web Channels to the Adobe Platform.
