Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (Real-Time CDP, Journey Optimizer, Offers).
• Strong understanding of customer data architecture, identity resolution, and personalization.
• Knowledge of Web channels architecture and external API integrations.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex initiatives.
• Experience with JIRA or ADO for requirements management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product backlog for H.com or myH platform capabilities.
• Translate enterprise strategy into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Plan, coordinate, and release platform enhancements with engineering teams to time and quality.
• Balance near-term business needs with long-term platform scalability and compliance.
• Collaborate with regulatory, privacy, and legal teams as needed.
• Partner with cross-functional teams across web, mobile, CRM, analytics to drive adoption.
