Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Lead Product Manager - Adobe & Web Integrations to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will lead product strategy and execution for key web and digital experience capabilities that support a large healthcare environment. You will partner closely with business, engineering, and delivery teams to define requirements, prioritize the backlog, and deliver integrated solutions that improve customer experience and operational performance. The position also owns critical work tied to consent, policy enforcement, data standards, and channel integration across the company's digital ecosystem.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $126,300 - $173,700 annually

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product backlog for platform capabilities
• Translate enterprise strategy and business needs into product requirements and user stories
• Collaborate with business, engineering, and delivery teams to enhance the platform
• Lead development of critical platform capabilities like consent capture and dynamic policy enforcement
• Drive integration of authenticated and unauthenticated web channels to the company's digital experience platform
• Ensure compliance with data models, APIs, and workflows within enterprise standards
• Monitor product KPIs and partner with leadership to enhance operational efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of product management experience
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform, including Real-Time CDP and Journey Optimizer
• Strong understanding of customer data architecture, identity resolution, and personalization strategies
• Understanding of web channel architecture and API integrations with external products
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex product initiatives
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
