Ladders seeks a Pre-Sales Representative Lead, Solutions Architecture to join a remote leadership team shaping technical presales strategy for complex opportunities across cloud, SaaS, managed services, and AI-enabled solutioning.

The role partners with Sales and cross-functional teams to translate architecture into business value for executive and technical audiences, while mentoring fellow presales professionals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in presales, solution architecture, or technical consulting.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/private cloud), SaaS, and managed services.
• Familiarity with modern AI-enabled tools (e.g., Copilot).
• Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Location flexibility within the USA or Canada.

Responsibilities

• Lead presales strategy and technical execution for complex opportunities.
• Present architectures and value propositions to executive and technical audiences.
• Explain the value of secure, scalable cloud and managed services architectures.
• Use AI-enabled tools to enhance presentations, proposals, and solution design reviews.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Security, Legal, and Delivery teams to streamline processes.
• Create sales collateral and review contractual terms as needed.
• Mentor and guide other presales architects.
