Job summary

Humana, Inc. is seeking an experienced Lead Product Manager to own the strategy and delivery of measurement and reporting for Next Best Action (NBA).

You will define a unified measurement language, establish KPI frameworks, and deliver trusted dashboards across business outcomes, model performance, and operations. You will collaborate with data science, analytics, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate questions into actionable measurement plans and drive value across Marketing,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
5–9+ years of product management, measurement, or analytics in a complex, regulated environment (Healthcare, Financial Services, or comparable).
Product lifecycle ownership—from strategy to delivery and value measurement.
Working knowledge of KPIs/OKRs, statistics, and translating data into decisions.
Experience with agile methodologies, backlog management, PI Planning, and tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira Align.

Responsibilities

Define and communicate a compelling NBA measurement strategy and roadmap.
Own cross-functional and data science team leadership; align on model performance metrics and reporting.
Own end-to-end NBA reporting delivery—from requirements to launch.
Create well-defined product requirements and acceptance criteria and validate reports with stakeholders.
