You will guide architecture, mentor engineers, estimate effort, and collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, resilient microservices using Java, Spring, and cloud-native technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and development experience; multiple paths accepted.
• 6+ years of software development and maintenance in enterprise settings.
• Experience with CIAM, authentication, and secure API design is preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration with IT teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead design reviews and technical mentoring across projects.
• Develop and oversee Java/Spring-based enterprise applications and APIs.
• Implement secure auth, CI/CD, and distributed system patterns.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders to align technology with goals.
