Job summary

Collins Aerospace, part of RTX, seeks a Lead Integrated Program Scheduler for the Ejection and Propulsion team. You will develop, integrate, analyze, document, and present process plans and schedules for contract durations, generating strawman IMP/IMS models independent of proposals and SOW/CDRLs.

You will lead complex scheduling efforts, ensure IAM alignment across functions, and drive critical path analysis, schedule risk, and progress reporting using EVMS and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree with 7+ years experience.
• Planning and Scheduling experience in a DoD, EVMS environment.
• Deep Understanding of Microsoft Project skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise on methods and procedures for new assignments with minimal direction.
• Create formal networks and act as senior consultant on policies and long-range goals.
• Coordinate activities and lead teams with limited direction (Team Lead).
• Support scheduling activities for programs with moderate to high risk and complexity.
• Apply EVMS practices and use MS Project; develop IMS management information.
• Develop and coordinate the integrated master plan and schedule.
• Ensure cross-functional integration across Finance, Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, Quality.
• Track plans, gather updates, and resolve critical path conflicts.
• Use schedule risk assessments, milestone charts, and EVA to identify variances.
• Generate strawman IMP/IMS models independently from proposals/SOW/CDRLs.
