RTX's Collins Aerospace division seeks an Engineering Program Lead to steer all engineering activities for complex programs, ensuring technical excellence, timely delivery, and alignment with business goals. You will serve as the primary engineering interface with stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.

You will drive program planning, budgets, schedules, and resource needs, coordinate with Engineering Managers, and oversee design concepts, certification requirements, and supplier

Qualifications

• STEM degree with 10+ years experience or advanced degree with 7+ years.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all engineering aspects of complex projects and programs.
• Develop, track, and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource needs.
• Work with Engineering Managers to allocate Engineering resources and certifications.
• Drive program planning to ensure technical execution meets targets.
• Direct engineering teams on complex technical tasks and issues resolution.
• Serve as technical liaison for Business Development, PM, Operations, and Supply Chain.
• Conduct project meetings and communicate status to leadership and customers.
• Define design concepts, criteria, and engineering strategies for product development.
• Maintain integrated master schedules and align with timelines and budgets.
• Ensure familiarity with FAA, PMA, and STC certification requirements.
