Job summary

Collins Aerospace, part of RTX, seeks a Program Finance & Control (PF&C) Manager EV Schedule Analyst to manage schedule control for complex programs. The role emphasizes EVMS, cost/schedule integration, and interaction with CAMs/IPTs, with limited travel in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will develop interim schedules, perform SRA analyses, and support monthly program reviews and EACs, contributing to program execution and management decisions.

Qualifications

• Typically requires University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience.
• U.S. Citizen - ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
• Program controls and EVMS background; Microsoft Project or Primavera experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain the program Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Track plans and schedules, solicit updates, and resolve critical path conflicts.
• Provide schedule-related reports to Program Management and support IPMDAR reporting.
