Qualifications

• 3+ years of designing and implementing LMS platforms for online and in-person settings.
• Knowledge of adult learning methodologies and instructional design theories.
• Proficiency with LMS platforms and authoring tools (Articulate preferred).

Responsibilities

• Create engaging learning materials for online delivery (modules, videos, infographics, simulations).
• Apply ADDIE and other instructional design models.
• Ensure materials reflect culturally responsive pedagogy.
• Support hybrid learning by integrating in-person and online elements.
• Use LMS to deliver and track learning and measure outcomes.
• Oversee a team of designers, SMEs, and content developers.
