McGraw Hill is seeking an Associate Instructional Designer, Math (6-12), to join a collaborative team crafting digital curriculums and learning tools used by educators and students nationwide. This role reports to the Instructional Design leadership and supports Math program teams, helping to deliver high-quality content across formats.

Responsibilities

• Build digital products using authoring tools and follow best practices
• Metadata tagging, concept mapping, and digital editing
• QA the work of vendors to ensure guidelines are met
• Review manuscript, create storyboards, contribute to alpha and beta builds
• Design, storyboard, and develop digital curriculum assets (eBooks, interactives, simulations, games, videos, virtual labs)
• Collaborate on digital launches with vendors and create templates, trackers, and guidelines
• Maintain build documentation accuracy
• Partner with Instructional Designers during product build under Senior team members
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet product requirements and schedules
• Identify, test, troubleshoot, define, and follow up on technical bugs and enhancements in authoring tools and the platform
• Advance accessibility across the product development process
• Contribute to user testing under leadership of management and seniors
