McGraw Hill is seeking a Manager, Instructional Design to lead a growing team of Supervisors and Instructional Designers, guiding the build of digital ELA programs for K-5. You will collaborate with product, SMEs, visual designers, and engineers in an agile environment to deliver holistic experiences.

The ideal candidate has a strong instructional design background, 1+ year of management, and familiarity with LMSs and authoring tools.

Formación

• Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Technology, Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience with direct reports.
• Instructional design expertise in education theory and application.
• Broad experience with multiple authoring tools and LMSs.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Supervisors and Instructional Designers, coaching and onboarding new hires.
• Work in an agile project team to orchestrate build activities for several delivery teams.
• Collaborate with product management, SMEs, designers, PM, marketing, and engineering to define holistic ELA experiences.
• Lead the build of new and updated digital programs for teacher- and student-facing activities.
• Maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional peers.
• Make resource-driven decisions and manage operational initiatives for results.
• Leverage external market feedback to improve products and services.
• Foster creative problem solving and inclusive teamwork.
