Job summary

National Math and Science Initiative (NMSI) is seeking a fully remote Instructional Coach to support teachers and leaders nationwide. You will deliver professional development, create and pilot curricular materials, and tailor training for partner districts across Math, Science, and English.

The role demands three years of K-12 teaching, strong knowledge of college-readiness standards, and proficiency with LMS platforms and content authoring tools.

Qualifications

• At least three years of K–12 teaching experience in a content area.
• Strong knowledge of college-readiness standards (AP, CCSS, NGSS).
• Experience delivering professional development to educators.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional development for teachers and leaders online and in-person.
• Develop, edit, and pilot curricular materials for educators and students.
• Produce and deliver customized training events for partner districts.
• Develop new educational content including model activities and lessons.
• Model teaching strategies and share feedback to inform future programming.
• Promote NMSI and recruit coaches as needed.
