Job summary

Spear Education, LLC is seeking an Outreach Advisor/SDR to drive new business with proactive outbound outreach, lead qualification, and effective pipeline building. You will engage dental professionals, identify opportunities, and expand Spear’s reach in dental education.

In this remote/hybrid role, you will exceed activity targets and demos while clearly communicating the value of Spear’s industry-leading solutions to prospects across the United States.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in sales development or meeting quotas is desirable.
• Strong verbal and written communication with a persuasive approach.
