Are you the kind of salesperson who doesn’t wait for momentum - you create it?
Do you thrive in a high-expectation environment where your results speak louder than your activity? Are you energized by meaningful conversations, not just transactions—and motivated by the challenge of turning interest into commitment?
If that sounds like you, Spear Education wants to meet you.
As an Inside Sales Advisor, you’ll own the full sales cycle - from first conversation through onboarding - helping dental professionals take the next step toward “Great Dentistry.” This isn’t an order-taking role. It’s a consultative, high-accountability position where curiosity, persistence, and follow-through separate top performers from the rest.
At Spear, growth isn’t a buzzword - it’s the expectation.
You’ll be surrounded by a team that values performance, supports development, and challenges each other to improve every day. If you’re looking for a role where you can stretch, be pushed, and see the direct impact of your work - this is it.
