Job summary

AuditTruss, Inc. is a remote, part-time/contract role focused on B2B lead generation for an AI-powered construction platform. You’ll identify potential customers, build targeted prospect lists, manage outbound outreach, and help convert cold prospects into qualified conversations.

Ideal candidates have experience with Apollo and LinkedIn prospecting, familiarity with construction or ConTech, and an ability to drive meaningful conversations rather than merely expanding contact lists.

Qualifications

• Experience with B2B lead generation, cold outreach, and prospect research.
• Experience with Apollo and LinkedIn prospecting is strongly preferred.
• Experience in construction/AEC/ConTech or B2B SaaS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research commercial general contractors and potential customers.
• Identify relevant decision-makers within those companies.
• Build and maintain targeted prospect lists using Apollo and LinkedIn.
• Find and verify contact information.
• Manage cold email outreach and follow-ups.
• Conduct targeted LinkedIn prospecting.
• Track responses and keep the outbound pipeline organized.
• Help schedule qualified conversations with potential pilot customers.
• Test messaging and identify what is generating responses.
