Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related strategic finance role.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills with ability to synthesize data from multiple sources.
• Experience supporting revenue forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
• Ability to communicate complex insights clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work through ambiguity and influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic financial and analytical support to partner sales and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Develop and evaluate business cases, ROI analyses, financial models, and scenario planning.
• Own forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning activities for partner-driven revenue.
• Analyze performance across revenue, margin, productivity, and execution metrics.
• Design and maintain KPIs, scorecards, and performance-tracking frameworks.
• Partner with revenue ops, sales, product, and finance to align insights.
