Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related strategic finance role.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to synthesize data from multiple sources.
• Experience supporting revenue forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
• Ability to communicate complex insights clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work through ambiguity and influence cross‑functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial and analytical support to partner sales and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Develop and evaluate business cases, ROI analyses, financial models, and scenario planning.
• Own forecasting, budgeting, and long‑range planning activities.
• Analyze performance across revenue, margin, productivity, and execution metrics.
• Design and maintain KPIs, scorecards, and performance tracking frameworks.
• Partner cross‑functionally with revenue operations, sales, product, and finance teams.
• Support monthly close processes and reporting, ensuring accuracy of results.
• Identify risks and opportunities across the business and propose actions.
• Produce executive‑ready reporting and presentations for leadership.
• Lead and support special projects related to transformation and partner strategy.
• Continuously enhance reporting tools, processes, and analytical frameworks.
